FRONT PORCH
This project was a tear out and full replacement of a rotted front porch.
It involved:
Tear out of existing rotting deck boards
Re-framed the joists to better support the new decking
Rebuild, replace, and repaint the railing system
Wrap the support posts for a more decorative, craftsman appearance
Installation of Trex material
Install cedar bead board on the porch ceiling
Add LED lighting
